Orders placed after 6:00 PM (CET) may be processed the next business day.

Once processed, the order is handed over to the shipping carrier for dispatch.

Tracking information is provided when available and sent by email after dispatch.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear due to carrier scanning times.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates, counted from the dispatch date, and may vary due to external factors.

Any free-shipping promotions, when available, are shown at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union:

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import charges.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned (when return is possible), a refund may be issued excluding shipping costs and non-recoverable fees.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered successfully delivered.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
7. Delayed, Missing, or Lost Packages
If an order appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period:

A package is considered lost only after confirmation from the carrier or completion of the official investigation period.
8. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the package and damaged item(s)
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
9. Partial Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, separate tracking information will be provided.
